"Tu ne te laves pas"?

The answer to the imperative of this sentence is given to be "Ne te lave pas". Why isn't it "ne te laves pas"?

Because the imperative of regular -er verbs like manger, laver, etc. is formed without the trailing -s. There’s a lesson on this somewhere....

Fransızcada 1. grup düzenli fiillerin "Tu" olumlu ve olumsuz formlarında "S" düşer.
Örnek; ne mange pas=yeme  (Gördüğün gibi "S" düşmüş)

In French, "S" falls in the positive and negative forms of the 1st group regular verbs "Tu".

Sample; ne mange pas! = Don't eat!  (As you can see the "S" has fallen)
