Do all inverted verbs use the subjunctive?
For example, I know that 'Penses-tu qu'il sache conduire?' is right, but does this apply to all inverted verbs?

This question relates to:French lesson ""Penser/trouver/savoir/croire/prétendre que" are followed with the indicative mood (L'Indicatif) in affirmative sentences BUT with the subjunctive mood (Le Subjonctif) in negative ones"

No, it is only with those verbs expressing opinions as stated in the lesson - penser, croire, savoir, etc.
