La fleur sent bon.Which is the correct comparison:Mais cette fleur sent meilleure.Mais cette fleur sent mieux.

Interesting question!
Technically, the comparative of bon would be 'meilleur' but 
to me,
La fleur sent meilleur
sounds really odd and you would avoid saying it.
You would say something like -
Cette fleur dégage un meilleur parfum que ...
To talk about a general improved bad smell you might say -
Ça sent meilleur qu'hier !
or even 
Ça  sent plus bon qu'hier !
for 'It smells better than yesterday!

Bonjour RonaldFrom the lesson:-- Meilleur/meilleure is the comparative form of the adjective bon/bonne- Mieux is the comparative form of the adverb bien.Therefore, whenever you would use bon/bonne (good), you'll use meilleur/e, and whenever you would use bien, you'll use mieux!So "La fleur sent bonne"  --> Mais cette fleur sent meilleure, where La fleur being feminine would be written in your query as La fleur sent bonne (not bon).Bonne journéeJim
