I believe "Are you doing all your homework?" would also be written "Vous faites tous vos devoirs?" Which way to translate from French to English might depend on context. Interestingly, I think the ambiguity goes away when the French words are spoken: if you pronounce the s in "tous", you mean "Are you all doing your homework"; if you don't, you mean "Are you doing all your homework."
