Avec the tradition de "without me changing my mind," the réponse correct c'est: sans que je change mon avis. Mais, est-ce que cette réponse est bon aussi: sans m'avoir changé d'avis? Si non, pourquoi pas?

To express "without me changing my mind", you would actually say:
sans que je change d'avis
Lit. without me changing of mind
Therefore, the reflexive option as an alternative to the possessive adjective is not an option in this case :)
