J'aime jouer au foot le moins.
J'aime le moins jouer au foot.
Je n'aime pas le plus jouer au foot.
J'aime jouer au foot le moins. / j'aime le moins jouer au foot. -- I like playing soccer the least.
J'aime jour au foot le plus. / J'aime le plus jouer au foot. -- I like playing soccer the most.
Everything else, e.g. using negation with le plus, sounds awkward to my ears.
