Panier v Corbeille
MAMAN : Bastien, tu sais où est le panier à linge ?
This question relates to:French writing exercise "Do you have any dirty clothes?"
Asked 6 years ago

Hi Stewart,
Strictly speaking a 'panier' has a handle and a 'corbeille' doesn't ...
So you will have: une corbeille à pain, à papier, à fruits...
They also are normally quite small.
Hope this helps!
