Bonjour David,

Having looked at different dictionaries, it seems that you can use: dollhouse [US], doll's house / dolls' house [UK]. See link here too: Dollhouse

I hope this is helpful.

Bonne journée !

I believe that "la maison de poupées" can be both: the dolls' house as well as the dollhouse.

The doll's house means doll in the singular.  The house of the [one] doll.

The dolls' house means doll in the plural.  The house of the [several/many/more than one] dolls.

'la maison de poupées' is NOT 'the doll's house'. It is 'the dolls house' or, more pedantically 'the dolls' house'
