Hi Ash,

There are verbs in French that have an idiomatic 'en'.

Think of the very well-known s'en aller and 'ne pas en croire ses yeux' is one of them.

S'en prendre à quelqu'un = to pick on someboday

ne pas en croire ses yeux = not to believe that your eyes
