How do I say I am okay?

Je vais bien. -- I'm ok. This is the general statement that works just like "I'm ok" in English. There are multiple options if you want to be more emphatic or stress your emotional or physical well being.

Ça roule. -- Very casual way to saying that things are going well.
Nickel. -- Also colloquial.
Ça va bien. -- Still a bit casual, meaning  that things are going well.
Je suis en pleine forme. -- Speaks more to the physical aspect.
