I actually agree with Maarten here.
In my family, the large dining room table was used for multiple purposes including doing my homework, my mother doing her tax officer work, ironing and eating.
So I wouldn't have used table du/de dîner but de salle à manger.

Table de salle à manger - at least in the East, and according to wordreference and Larousse bilingual !
