Est-ce que tu ________ rentré le linge?Did you bring the laundry back inside?You use avoir but isn't it subjontif, so aies?

Hi Jack,

Putting est-ce que in front of a statement simply turns it into a question. No subjunctive is needed.

I don't see why one would use the subjunctive. It's a simple question based on "Tu as rentré le linge," "You brought the laundry back in."
