Des oeufs EN chocolat...????

Pour quoi??????????????????

You use à to connote the taste or one ingredient. You use en, if something is (almost exclusively) made from it.

Une glace au chocolat -- chocolate ice cream (tastes like chocolate).
des œufs en chocolat -- chocolate eggs (made of chocolate)
