For swimming with fish, should it be "nager avec les poissons", or "nager avec du poissons"? I cheated during the test (oops) and "avec du poission" was the answer google provided me. The system approves it but in the final article it says "avec les poissons".... what is the difference?
Also, can it be "J'ai des cheveux longs et ondulés" instead of "les"?

The activity of swimming with dolphins, sharks, is referred to as -
nager avec les dauphins /avec les requins
although you swim only with some of the population of those creatures.
The mermaid in question swims with the fish that are there-
avec les poissons
Nager avec du poisson
is funny as it sounds as though you are swimming with the piece of fish you might have on your plate, I would be very surprised if the system approved it!

Nager avec des poissons. -- Swimming with (some) fish.
Nager aved du poissons is wrong because du = de+le, which is singular whereas poissons is plural.
