Conditional tense not future

"j'aurai écrit" - should be 'j'aurais écrit', should it not?

This question relates to:French writing exercise "If only I'd won the lottery!"

I was just thinking the same......and the previous sentence, should it not be "Les choses que j'aurais faites", rather than  "j'aurai"?
