Il n'y a personneHi - in the Kwik kwiz one of the answers includes the construction Il n'y a personne. Why is it Il n'y a personne and not Il y n'a personne? The lesson doesn't explain it. Thank you.

Why does the second person (tu) lose the 's' in the imperative? Tu t'en vas? / Va-t'en!

Gender of droit in directions

I noticed in the exercise "droite" was used for direction to the right, but "tout droit" is masculine for "straight ahead. Why the difference?

Why "bien" is used to describe certain nouns (instead of an adjective).....When one is expressing satisfaction with something, "bien" is used. Ce film est bien.... C'est bien, je suis heureuse avec cela.

I assme the 'le réfrigérateur' is not abstract; so it is masculine not feminin..
