Why can't "ensemble" go before "à la plage"?
eg. nous sommes allés ensemble à la plage.
Bonjour! Could the interviewer have answered “si, vraiment” when James said “n’importe quoi”? Also, I infer that “n’importe quoi” is something you’d say when trying to be humble. What’s a good equivalent in English? I don’t exactly understand the expression. Merci!

In English, the word 'between' is used when there is a choice between two items. If the choice is more than two, the word 'among' is used. Is this different in French? Or in this case, does 'entre' have the same meaning as 'among'. Merci!
Hi there, just wondering why we don't need to accord the 'grande forme' as 'grandes formes' with the attackers (plural)

I am looking at the phrase 'toute la nourriture que j'aimais le plus au monde' and wondering why it's 'au monde' and not 'du monde'. According to Larousse, 'au monde' 'renforce une négation : Personne au monde ne peut dire le contraire'; whereas 'du monde' 'renforce un superlatif : Tout s'est passé le mieux du monde'.
