Surnames don't pluralise

Look at these two cases:

Les Richardson nous ont invités.
The Richardsons invited us.

M. et Mme Dupont = Les Dupont
Mr and Mrs Dupont = The Duponts


Notice that surnames in French don't take -s when plural (unlike English).
