Why does "bientôt" comes in between "pourra" and "parler"?

Would someone be able to direct me to a lesson where I can learn why "bientôt" comes in between "pourra" and "parler" in the example: "Il pourra bientôt parler russe."

Usually the adverb follows the verb. The verb is "pourra", hence bientôt follows it.
