Hm, good question. Off the cuff I would say "sentir" is another one. It probably applies to all verbs of feeling. A qualified input from a native speaker would be appreciated, though.

J'aime le café. -- I like coffee.
Je sens le café. -- I smell coffee.
Je déteste le café. -- I hate coffee.
