When there's Numbers Involved

J'ai lu trois livres dont les tiens/ les vôtres. [I read 3 books including yours.]

Is this correct? Or should it be le tien? Masculine/plural form should be used because the noun is 'les livres'?

The correct version would be:

J'ai lu trois livres, y compris le tiens/le vôtre.

'Dont' cannot be used in this situation as the 'de' doesn't exist for this construction in French.

However, you could say:

J'ai lu trois livres dont un a été le tiens/le vôtre (I read three books, of which one was yours)

Hope this helps!
