Maarten's suggestion of watching the video directly via YouTube is a good start. You can do so by clicking on "YouTube" (bottom right hand side). If the issue still persists, please contact us via our Helpdesk: https://french.kwiziq.com/contact-us.

Following Patricia's comment, we looked at the issue and found  another video (and changed the one that was not working) which should work wherever you live.

Patricia, you could try going directly to YouTube, searching Léo et Popi and Galette des Rois. The clip should work from there as it does if I set my VPN location to France, even though the embedded clip doesn’t work in the same setting.

Otherwise there is nothing that can be done from the forum here - you would need to contact support to see if they have any other workaround as it is an external clip.
