Verbs with prepositions

Bonjour,

I was working on the verbs with à and De  and I was looking over my A1 section I was wondering what I need to work on next? Should it be more prepositions by itself or stick with working with more verbs so I don't get confused?

Thanks

Bonjour Nicole,

Here are some suggestions:

Préposition: Parts of Speech

Verbs followed by ‘à’ or ‘de’ with associated fill-in-the-blanks

Level A2 (Prepositions & Conjunctions section)

You could also do a bit of Reading and Listening practice (A1 & A2 levels)

I hope this is helpful.

Bonne journée!

Bonjour Michael,

Both are perfectly acceptable. It depends on what you wish to express:

Je viens de voir Amélie = I have just seen Amélie  ->  venir de + [infinitive]

Je viens pour voir Amélie = I have come to see Amélie  ->  purpose: pour +[infinitive]

I hope this is helpful.

Bonne journée !
