The dialogue 'A Lover's Phone Call', has the following - "Non, c'est toi ! Allez, on compte jusqu'à trois !" Why is the third person 'Allez' used? The person is addressed as toi. And if it was meant to be 'let's count to three, wouldn't it be Allons?

Philip,
this is colloquial usage. It is ‘ allez ‘ as an interjection.
It is very commonly used - for instance you will often hear ‘ Allez, on y va ‘ or ‘ Allez, on va faire les courses ‘, etc
Depending on context, it may be translated into English as ‘ okay ‘, ‘ right ‘, ‘ enough ‘, or a number of other interjections.
