Timing in the last sentence

The last time, 13h15, doesn't seem to fit, unless it is the next day.  Am I missing something?

Frank, there is a pre-lunch pre-meeting briefing occurring, outlining the program for 'this afternoon' which starts at 13:15 , after lunch that same day.

The final sentence finishes the briefing, until 'we meet/gather together again at 13:15 ' (today, for the start of the brainstorming session)'.
