1. Can we aussi say ' Il ne devrait y avoir aucun problème ' ?
2. I wanted to check with you what type of pillows you use.
The answer is je voulais vérifier avec vous quel type d'oreillers vous utilisez.
Why there is no 'que' after 'oreillers' ?

Bonjour Philomène,
1.
Il ne devrait pas y avoir de problèmes = there shouldn't be any problem
Il ne devrait y avoir aucun problème = there should be no problem
2. As Chris said, there is no 'that' in English and there is no 'que' needed in French in this sentence either. ;-)
I hope this is helpful.
Bonne journée !
Your suggested alternative sounds OK to me.
In your second sentence there's no "que". I don't know how to explain it, except to point at the English, where there is no "that" either.
I wanted to check that you provide pillows -- Je voulais verifier que vous fournissez des oreillers.
Here you need "que", just as in English. But if you're asking for a noun (quel type?), there is no "que".
