"the next day"

"the next day"

Could "the next day" be translated as "le jour prochain"?  This wasn't one of the choices.

Hi Helena.

It depends on the context  --  Do you want to express the next day in a series of days?

If so then "le prochain jour" otherwise "le jour prochain" in the sense of the next day in a description of "an event will not happen tomorrow but on the next suitable day sometime in the future"
