'Grandir' conjugates in compound tenses with 'avoir' - so 'aura grandi' for future anterior. With être, you need to follow with an adjective - 'sera grande/adulte' etc in future tense (ie sera grandie is not correct).
Reverso and other web searches reveal multiple examples of "Quand il/elle sera adulte, ..." or 'Quand il/elle sera grand(e) ...." and also of "Quand il/elle aura grandi ..."
Which is the right construct will depend on the meaning you wish to convey - as the translations are slightly different.
Hi Jaya,
Try here Quand/pendant que + future tense (Le Futur Simple) - not the present tense = When/while I do something in the future (Sequence of Tenses in French) %252Fsearch%253Fs%253Dquand
I think this lesson will help.
