S'agit-il de quantités?

Pourquoi le phrase "Il s'en occupe tout de suite" veut dire "He takes care of them right away. (i.e. things)" au lieu de  "He takes care of it right away" dans le test? Si je disais "Je m'occupe de mon problèm," pourrait-on utilise "en" pour remplacer le seul problèm?

Martin,

yes, ‘en’ can replace single things in the same way.

eg “ Il y a un problème ? Je m’en occupe tout de suite. “

Without context in the question this sounds like it was just a question setter’s choice. Either ‘them’ or ‘it’ could have been used in the translation, but both are not needed to present a correct choice in the answers.
