My answer was "ambiguous".
The corrent answer is "feminine". I don't get it. If the question refers to the people of Russia, I thought that was "russe", the same in both the feminine and the masculine.

Bonjour Ann,
The French adjective "russe" means "Russian" while "rousse" is the feminine adjective of colour for "red-haired".
See here: "Russian" nationalité and Forming the feminine of adjectives ending in -oux + "faux" in French
I hope this is helpful.
Bonne journée !
