I used revenir for "coming home". Is this wrong? And when should we use each verb?
PS it's almost impossible to do À - it changes to à

Rentrer is the verb of choice here. It is often used in the context of "returning home".
Rentrer -- to return homeRevenir -- to go back (usually at some other place that isn't home)
Je sors maintenant mais je rentre dans une heure. -- I'll go out now but I'll be back home in one hour.
Elle a dit qu'elle reviendrait au restaurant bientôt. -- She said that she would return to the restaurant soon.
