quand vs après que
For this translation: We will call you when we've taken the train,
The correct answer used quand but I used après que. This was marked wrong. Aren't these two interchangeable?

Bonjour Ann,
I have had a similar experience using a phrase that means the same; however, in this case, «quand» is the lesson key so anything that varies from that use would be incorrect. As in English, there are always multiple, correct ways to phrase a sentence.
J'espère que cela vous aidera.

Bonjour Ann !
You are right: this was a question that had fallen through the checks, but "après que" should indeed be marked as a correct answer here, and thanks to your eagle eye, it's now been fixed :)
Merci beaucoup et à bientôt !
