Your quizzes include so many questions using the passive voice. It is not something I recall hearing or reading much. In fact, I think it best to avoid in both English and French. Wonder why the emphasis on this.

Passive voice
This question relates to:French lesson "Forming La Voix Passive with compound tenses in French (French Passive Voice)"
Asked 1 year ago
Salut Kisa,
Sorry, but I disagree.
Why?
In order to study the French language in a thorough manner it is important to understand the grammar in all aspects.
Active/passive Voice is important as are all the other aspects of grammar in this regard and both are used but not necessarily in every grammatical situation written or verbal.
Bonne journée
Jim

The usage of passive voice is a stylistic choice that is made along different parameters in each language. True, English doesn't favor its too frequent use. But French is more tolerant in this respect, as is, e.g., German.
