Bonjour Manpreet kaur,

'passer de ... à ...' or 'faire la traversée de... à ...' 'to cross from ... to ...'

'traverser' = to go through / to cross over

J'ai traversé la Gaudeloupe = I travelled through Guadeloupe

J'ai traversé la rue I went across the street

J'ai traversé le désert de Gobi = I crossed the Gobi Desert

I hope this is helpful.

Bonne journée !
