Raymond, it would be ‘nous nous sommes brossé les cheveux’ - “we brush our hair”. 

“Les cheveux” is the direct object of ‘se brosser’ and follows the verb, so no agreement of the reflexive verb.

Not sure what you find ‘specious’ ?
