Good catch. I looked this up. The s in front of y and en is dropped again as you probably suspected because it is no longer necessary to ease pronunciation, that is: N’y entre pas! N’y va pas! …

A bit confused about the “without pronouns” in the title of your question, since y is an adverbial pronoun.
