Multiple subjunctives in one sentence?

In this sentence, "Je veux que tu saches qu'il veut que tu viennes", why not "qu'il veuille" subjunctive in place of "qu'il veut?"

You have to look at the verbs triggering the subjunctive. They are je veux (triggering the subjunctive saches) and il veut (triggering the subjunctive viennes).

Je veux que tu saches qu'il veut que tu viennes. -- I want you to know that he wants you to come.

The verb "savoir" (to know) doesn't trigger the subjunctive.
