Bonjour Karam,
Jim is correct! You can have "il pense", "elle pense, "ils pensent" and "elles pensent" - see link here: Penser (to think).
I am not too sure as to what the issue is regarding the quiz. Please contact the Helpdesk directly by clicking on the "Report a problem" link (left side on the lesson page).

Yes! the verb penser que can be followed by Il(s) or Elle(s) in the sense of Boy(s) or Girl(s).
