Is Pays-Bas considered to be a plural, requiring a "des," instead of a "de," like Etats-Unis
This question relates to:French lesson "Venir de/d'/du/des = To come/be from with countries/states/regions and continents (French Prepositions)"

Yes, it is les Pays-Bas, 'venir des ..'
Need to be careful with "Pays" as it is the same spelling in singular and plural form:
le Pays (or pays) de Galles - singular; les Pays-Bas - plural.
