I'll give it to him there later?

If : Je l'y retrouverai plus tard.

is this : I'll meet him/her there later.

then : I'll give it to him there later

should be : Je l'y lui donnerai plus tard ?

or : Je le lui donnerai là plus tard

Please explain why one is correct and the other is not.

Je l'y retrouverai plus tard. -- I'll meet him there later.
Je le lui y donnerai plus tard. -- I'll give it to him there later.

But, frankly, I don't think anyone would use the second sentence in normal speech. You'd probably say something like: Je le lui donnerai là-bas. Too many pronouns strung together is going to put off even the staunchest francophone.
