There is a "report a problem" button top left of the lesson where you can report a problem.

The future can be expressed as immediate, or near, or beyond.

For the immediate, the present tense can be used as per the lesson.

For an action beyond the immediate, we can employ the near future with the verb aller in the sense something is going to happen.

For an action further out than the above situations, we can express that something will happen and in this situation, the future tense is employed. 

Hope this helps, otherwise, I recommend that you flag the matter using the "report a problem" as mentioned above.

The immediacy is always relative. You can let yourself be guided by the choice of  future continuous and simple future in English:

We'll be leaving in 10 minutes. -- On va partir dans 10 minutes.
We'll leave in 10 minutes. -- On partira dans 10 minutes.

In English, too, choice of which form to use conveys a subtle difference in immediacy. There is, however, no absolute cutoff time when to use one or the other.

They will be going on vacation next week. -- Ils vont partir en vacances la semaine prochaine.
They will go on vacation next week. -- Ils partiront en vacances la semaine prochaine.

The query relates to the immediate future which is neither On va partir or On partira. I had used the equivalent of On va partir, but it told me the correct answer was On part - for next tuesday. Are you saying i should report a problem as this is wrong?
