If you wanted to conjugate a reflexive verb in Le passé composé, you would do like this:
(reflexive pronoun) + conjugated (Avoir or Être) + Passé
but now with Merci de, there is a difference which is [Infinitif Passé]
Infinitif means you only don't change Avoir or Être, but the order is the same:
(reflexive pronoun) + (Avoir or Être) + Passé
so the correct answer is: Merci de nous avoir aidés
P.S. This is only my experience and I'm just a new B2, so 90% I'm right but 10% I might be wrong :D
