Bonjour Andrea,

In the sentence ‘je ne vois aucune assiette’ (= I see no plate = there are none), ‘assiette’ is singular because in French, aucun/ne means ‘zero / none’. As they are none, you cannot add an-s to assiette.

Je n’ai aucun problème avec ce concept = I have no problem with this                                                                                                                         concept (= zero problem)

Il ne fait aucun effort = he makes no effort (= zero effort)

I hope this helpful.

Bonne journée!
