Controlling your emotions can be extremely tough sometimes. Here is a guide which explains how to stay calm! First, take a deep breath and consider what just happened. Second, express your deepest feelings. Third, for each of your negative thoughts, try and find something positive. Fourth, do a physical activity that will help you channel your energy. And finally, talk to a friend or (to) someone close in order to explore your emotions. Does this seem helpful to you?
