My fiancé and I have always preferred simplicity and since we both grew up in the countryside, we picked a country-style theme for our wedding. In my bouquet, I will have daisies, carnations and an assortment of wild flowers. My bridesmaids will wear crowns of blue hydrangeas which will match their pale blue dresses, and for my father-in-law, who is of Scottish descent, the men will wear a thistle on their lapels. And for the table centerpieces, our florist, who is a flower fairy, will create these adorable mini wooden crates filled with lavender and ears of wheat.
