Hi Chris, thanks for your keen observation as usual! Unfortunately, you were completely right, in a recent upgrade to the database it looks like our embedded Q&A broke, unfortunately it got past our automated regression tests, I've noted how and will be modifying the tests to ensure this condition would fail again.  Thank you for spotting this, the specific upgrade we made to the database was quite comprehensive and has left some gremlins despite our best efforts on testing.
