I need some urgent help please - I have sent emails but not had any responses.
Somehow I have managed to upgrade my account to 'French' - I am only studying Spanish. Can someone please urgently transfer my upgrade to my Spanish account. As far as I can see there is no way to do this in your back end system.
Please please please - can someone look at his today. There doesn't seem to be any way I can circumvent this.
I love your product but this does seem to be a flaw.
