How the test works

Here's a preview of the text for the writing challenge, when you're ready click the start button above:

My grandmother is my favourite person! She is extraordinary! She loves doing crosswords, or watching TV in her armchair. In the morning, she goes and walks her dog Max in the park. Sometimes, she sits on a bench, and throws crumbs to the pigeons. She can stay there for hours! When we used to spend our holidays at her house, she would always spoil us! For example, she used to buy us sweets [US: candy] on the sly: it was our little secret! I remember these moments fondly.

Clever stuff happening!
