Next week, I will take my pupils to Ypres, in Belgium, an important historical site of the First World War. We will visit the museum "In Flanders Fields", where we'll learn new things about the battles which took place there. Later, we will explore the trenches that have been preserved, which will be impressive. Finally, we will go to Tyne Cot cemetery, the biggest Commonwealth cemetery in the world. It will be a very emotional day, and I hope that my pupils will better understand the impact of war and the importance of peace.
