- My son Léo has always had a passion for the culinary arts, and his dream would be to study at the Paul Bocuse Institute in Lyon. Have you heard of it ? - I know who Paul Bocuse is, of course! World-renowned chef, three Michelin stars since 1965, he was even voted "Chef of the Century". - Exactly! And when in 1990, this innovative institute was opened on then-Minister for Culture Jack Lang's initiative, Paul Bocuse naturally became its patron. This school has since acquired a prestigious reputation, and it has even expanded abroad, with 10 international campuses. Léo will apply after his Baccalaureate, and I really hope that he'll be accepted.
