World-renowned chef, three Michelin stars since 1965, he was even voted "Chef of the Century". - Exactly! And when in 1990, this innovative institute was opened on then-Minister for Culture Jack Lang's initiative, Paul Bocuse naturally became its patron. This school has since acquired a prestigious reputation, and it has even expanded abroad, with 10 international campuses. Léo will apply after his Baccalaureate, and I really hope that he'll be accepted.
